Eight sonic poems for the dark season, crafted from treated guitars, field recordings and synthesizers. Following a mesmerizing, multi-layered collaboration with Ulrich Schnauss released earlier this year, ‘Altered Light’ sees Munk stripping his sound to the bare minimal – streams of sound where minuscule compositional and textural changes become important conveyors of emotion.
